Paladin Security is looking for a part-time Commercial High Rise & Retail Security Guard in Calgary, AB. The role involves conducting high-visibility patrols, engaging with tenants and customers, identifying and reporting hazards, assisting with incidents, responding to medical emergencies, managing trespassers, monitoring security systems, coordinating incident responses, maintaining logs, reviewing CCTV footage, answering calls, and following site policies. Candidates must have a valid Alberta Security License, a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, strong communication and customer service skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, and experience with CCTV systems and computer-based security platforms.
