Kelso Building Services is hiring a Commercial HVAC Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects, from pre-construction planning through commissioning, closeout, and customer turnover. The role manages project schedules, budgets, profitability, procurement, subcontractors, stakeholders, documentation, safety, and client relationships while coordinating field and office teams. Candidates need at least three years of commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, or construction project management experience, along with knowledge of project controls, contract administration, construction drawings, and project management software; a bachelor's degree is preferred but may be substituted with equivalent industry experience.
