Description
Vodafone Business International is hiring a Commercial Manager (In-Life) to manage commercial relationships with one or two of its largest strategic accounts, overseeing contracts with combined transaction value up to €50 million per annum. The role is responsible for delivering contractual obligations, advising senior customer and VBI stakeholders, managing escalations, preparing executive briefings, and collaborating with Sales, Legal, Solution, and Operations teams to improve account profitability. The position requires significant experience developing and negotiating commercial propositions or managing complex telecommunications or outsourcing contracts, strong communication and relationship-building skills, fluency in English, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Chinese is an advantage.
