The Commercial Insulation Estimator will prepare accurate and competitive estimates for insulation projects across various sectors. Responsibilities include reviewing project plans and specifications, performing quantity take-offs, estimating labor and materials, collaborating with project managers and clients, providing value-engineering recommendations, and preparing bid proposals, budgets, and cost reports. The role requires at least five years of estimating experience, knowledge of insulation materials and installation techniques, proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software, and strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and deadline-management skills.
