Environment Control is hiring a full-time Commercial Landscaper / General Laborer in Tucson, Arizona and surrounding areas. The role maintains commercial properties through trimming, pruning, weeding, mowing, raking, debris removal, equipment use, and potentially irrigation or chemical application. The position requires at least one year of verifiable work experience within the last five years, reliable transportation, and successful background and drug screening; a driver’s license is required for driving positions and crew leaders. Crew laborers are paid $15.50–$16.50 per hour, and the schedule is 5:00 AM–2:00 PM Monday through Friday, with benefits including healthcare, a 401(k), paid time off, and company vehicles.
