This remote role involves actively generating leads, researching prospects, identifying decision-makers, coordinating quote execution, and following up relentlessly to close commercial maintenance contracts. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building a repeatable commercial sales machine, focusing on proactive outreach, detailed prospect analysis, and efficient proposal coordination.

Required Previous Experiences: Experience in generating leads, researching prospects, identifying decision makers, coordinating quote execution, and relentless follow-up.
Preferred Qualifications: A true B2B hunter who enjoys building lists, finding decision makers, pursuing opportunities, coordinating proposals, and creating pipelines.
Ability to understand the nuances of commercial landscaping sales, including timing, relationships, and follow-ups.
Proactive identification of commercial properties, estimation of maintenance contracts, and presentation of professional proposals or property maintenance reviews.
Building a high-quality commercial maintenance sales pipeline and converting it into signed contracts.
Strong ability in prospecting and lead generation, including building targeted prospect lists, identifying suitable properties, researching decision-makers, and gathering contact information.
Proficiency in identifying and understanding decision-maker roles within various commercial entities such as property managers, regional property managers, HOA managers, facilities directors, operations managers, asset managers, commercial real estate owners, developers, general managers, office managers, municipal/purchasing contacts, etc.
Aggressive and effective outreach strategies, including sending professional outbound messages, conducting follow-up calls, managing multi-touch outreach sequences, and ensuring continuous engagement with prospects.
Capable of developing and executing a cold quote system, involving proactive identification of potential properties, preparation of estimates, and strategic outreach to secure initial interest.
Effective collaboration with onsite teams, including salespeople, estimators, and cold callers, to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and timely proposal completion.
Excellent organizational skills for updating CRM records, tracking sales activity, preparing weekly pipeline reports, flagging stalled opportunities, and analyzing performance metrics.
