Description
The Commercial Learning Manager will manage projects and training initiatives, create and deliver technical, clinical, and sales training content, lead train-the-trainer programs, develop curricula, assess employee competency, and measure training effectiveness for Intuitive’s commercial employees. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of sales or sales management experience, 2+ years of corporate or field training experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to travel up to 30%.
