CBA's Small Business Banking team is seeking an experienced Commercial Lending Business Banker to join their collaborative team. The successful candidate will focus on business development, client relationship management, and providing tailored financial solutions to Australian small businesses. Responsibilities include facilitating customer conversations, originating various financial products such as commercial lending, asset finance, and merchant facilities, and promoting the CBA Business Banking proposition.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience in commercial lending or B2B sales.
Sound financial analysis skills and strong commercial acumen.
Excellent customer engagement skills (both face-to-face and non-face-to-face).
Experience facilitating conversations to understand customer needs, managing a pipeline of opportunities to meet customer expectations, and driving proactive customer contact.
A passion for small business customers, or experience owning or managing a small business.
Preferred Qualifications: FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation and Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2, or a willingness to obtain this within six months.
Proactively engage customers to support their business and personal goals.
Regularly attend key stakeholder meetings to help build awareness of the Small Business service offering and proactively work together to build referral partnerships.
