Description

OVD Insurance is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage commercial client accounts, retain new and renewal clients, and collaborate with producers to drive business development. Responsibilities include daily account management, negotiating pricing, resolving customer service issues, maintaining accurate records in EPIC, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, three or more years of commercial insurance account management experience, and a Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Three (3) or more years of mid-large market Commercial Insurance Account Management experience with an independent agency.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledgeable in project management principles. Can operationalize key organizational strategies.
Ability to conceptualize and think creatively. Open to exploring new ways of approaching work that can improve results, accuracy, and efficiency.
Extremely strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to translate “technical speak” in a way that end users at all levels can understand.
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (formula application & creation)
High energy work ethic with ability to work independently while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Ability to work collaboratively with others.
Ability to work without direct supervision.
