The Commercial Lines Processor handles commercial lines insurance documents and administrative support for Producers and Account Managers. Responsibilities include issuing certificates and EPIs, auditing transactions and new business, processing download reports, invoicing, mailing client correspondence, scanning files into AMS360, and maintaining open suspense items.
