Description
The Commercial Loan Processor supports small business and commercial lending by verifying loan information, applications, approvals, documentation, values, and signatures; preparing and reviewing loan and modification documents; coordinating with lenders and administrative support; generating and distributing closing documentation; and processing withdrawn, declined, and approved-not-accepted loans for HMDA reporting. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and computer skills, loan-documentation knowledge, and at least two years of related banking or loan-closing experience.
