Description
The Commercial Loan Processor supports the commercial lending team by processing and documenting commercial loan applications from origination through closing. The role prepares and verifies financial, tax, appraisal, insurance, and legal documents; tracks loan conditions; coordinates with lenders, title companies, attorneys, and other third parties; ensures compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements; and supports loan renewals, modifications, and workflow improvements. It is a full-time, 100% in-office position in the Tuscaloosa, Alabama area, with candidates also considered in Birmingham or Huntsville, Alabama.
