SNEF Maintenance PACA is hiring a Commercial Maintenance Manager (M/F) to strengthen its Aix-en-Provence team. The role covers business development, prospecting, tender preparation, technical and financial proposal development, client presentations, contract handovers, and coordination with methods, procurement, energy efficiency, and operations departments. The manager will work on HVAC maintenance contracts, facility management, P2/P3 contracts, CREM, and CPE projects for private- and public-sector clients.
