Description
The Commercial Operations Specialist manages end-to-end customer, intercompany, and supplier orders, including fulfillment, inventory monitoring, backorders, pricing, billing, freight, compliance reporting, and issue resolution. The role coordinates with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Yard teams and supports monthly closing and process improvement. It requires 3–5 years of experience in commercial operations, customer service, supply chain, order management, or a related field, along with ERP, Microsoft Office, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
