BAE Systems is hiring a Commercial Manager for its Next Generation Munitions Solution Joint Requirements Capability Cell in Glascoed, with a hybrid pattern of three days per week onsite. The role provides commercial leadership across the NGMS contract, including annual order cycles, contract amendments, engineering tasking, business requirements, stakeholder engagement, contract risk and legal considerations, compliant Commercial Life Cycle Management, proposal approvals, pricing governance, and lifecycle governance. The position requires strong defence contracting knowledge, UK MOD contract familiarity, commercial decision-making, stakeholder management, and leadership in complex multi-functional environments. The salary is £60,000 dependent on skills and experience, with a bonus scheme, and the vacancy closed on 8 October 2026.
