COBS Bread is seeking a commercially-minded and analytical Commercial Manager to join their Finance team. This role involves monitoring cash flow and financial performance of franchisee locations, identifying financial risks, developing recovery plans, and providing financial risk reporting. The manager will also support banking relationships, administer financial assessments for new franchisee candidates, conduct growth reviews for expanding franchisees, and partner with Operations teams to address underperforming bakery locations.
