DLR Group is hiring a Commercial Manager to protect the commercial integrity of design and construction projects from early concept through construction. The role develops risk roadmaps, identifies and evaluates commercial, contractual, design, and delivery risks, negotiates variations and additional services, educates project teams, and drives commercial execution improvements. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of commercial management experience in the design and construction industry, and experience with large projects exceeding $500 million in construction cost. The position offers medical, dental, vision, disability, wellness, retirement, stock ownership, and bonus benefits, with a suggested pay range of $145,000 to $165,000 USD and a four-day in-office work model.
