Description
The Commercial Manager will manage pre- and post-contract work, NEC3 contract administration, entitlement, commercial risk, financial monitoring, cashflow forecasting, subcontractor and supplier contracts, cost reporting, and commercial negotiations for the Anthro joint venture’s HS2 gateway station project. The role is based in London, UK, requires at least three days per week on site or at the office, and requires UK work authorization, degree-level education, MEP and main-contractor or joint-venture experience, NEC3-4 expertise, cost-control and subcontractor procurement experience, and relevant chartership progress.
