Freedom is hiring a Commercial Manager in Basingstoke on a permanent hybrid basis. The role manages the commercial team and practices, oversees NEC3/4 and bespoke contracts, supports tender-to-completion commercial performance, manages supply chain and subcontractor accounts, prepares cash forecasts and project reviews, handles disputes and invoicing, and provides cost advice and value engineering. Essential qualifications include significant commercial project experience, NEC3/4 contract knowledge, team-management experience, and excellent MS Excel skills; civil engineering and construction experience are desirable.
