Turner & Townsend is hiring a Commercial Manager to oversee cost and contract management for healthcare construction projects from contract award through final account and close out. The role manages commercial performance, forecasts, change control, risk and opportunity management, NEC4 ECC compliance, defined cost assurance, project data, and stakeholder relationships with trusts, contractors, and suppliers. It requires commercial management experience in major construction programmes, construction contract knowledge, cost control and reporting skills, a relevant degree, and professional membership or progress toward RICS, CIOB, or equivalent.
