Description
Vodafone is hiring a Commercial Manager for its Global Enterprise department in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role manages commercial relationships and contractual obligations for 2–4 strategic accounts with combined revenue up to €40 million per year, advises senior stakeholders, manages escalations, collaborates with Sales, Legal, CSSO, and Operations teams, and is responsible for pricing, revenue growth, and customer NPS. The position requires senior-level communication, experience developing and negotiating commercial propositions or complex telecommunications and outsourcing contracts, knowledge of global commercial contracts, and a technical or professional degree.
