Freedom is hiring a Commercial Manager (Project Commercial Lead) in London on a full-time permanent hybrid contract, requiring at least three days in the office. The role leads commercial activities for a £190m project, including NEC3/NEC4 contract administration, risk and change control, subcontractor procurement, cost control, forecasting, reporting, and governance. It manages a team of Senior Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors and requires strong commercial or senior quantity surveying experience, NEC3/NEC4 expertise, experience leading a team of five or more SQS/QS, CVR and senior leadership reporting experience, and a BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or a related commercial discipline.
