Flexco is hiring a Commercial Manager SLATAM to lead commercial strategy and business growth across Chile, Peru, and Argentina. The role involves developing regional strategy, leading and coaching commercial teams, managing forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and business planning, strengthening relationships with strategic customers and partners, and collaborating with business functions. Candidates need at least 10 years of commercial experience in industrial B2B organizations, proven commercial leadership experience, strong commercial planning expertise, availability to travel across the region and internationally, and advanced English proficiency.
