Shadeform is hiring a remote Commercial Operations & Deal Desk Manager to report to the Chief Operating Officer and oversee the operational integrity of commercial transactions. The role reviews customer and provider agreements, validates pricing, margins, payment terms, and cash-flow exposure, aligns upstream and downstream terms, coordinates approvals and legal review, maintains CRM accuracy, and ensures a complete handoff to Implementation. It requires 4–8+ years of experience in deal desk, commercial operations, contracts, legal operations, or transaction management, along with strong contract, financial, spreadsheet, CRM, and project-management skills.
