Description
AnywhereNow is hiring a Commercial Operations Director to own the post-sale customer lifecycle, renewals, pricing, deal desk, invoicing, and order-to-cash for its SaaS portfolio. The role leads renewals and revenue operations, personally negotiates difficult and high-value renewals, governs pricing and discounts, improves billing and cash collection, establishes commercial data and forecasting systems, and leads and scales the commercial operations team. Candidates need at least 8 years of relevant SaaS experience, hands-on renewal and commercial negotiation experience, expertise in pricing and order-to-cash processes, and experience leading teams in a mid-size SaaS environment.
