Description

Dayshape is hiring a Commercial Operations Manager to report to the Chief Revenue Officer and drive operational excellence across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and commercial reporting. The role owns CRM and data processes, forecasting, executive and Board reporting, KPIs, dashboards, governance, process automation, and cross-functional coordination. It requires experience in commercial or revenue operations, strong analytical and project-management skills, HubSpot proficiency, and the ability to prepare executive-level insights. The position is full-time, ideally based in or around Edinburgh, with a hybrid UK-based arrangement and a salary of approximately £50,000–£60,000.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role
Experience supporting multiple commercial functions, including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
Experience preparing executive and Board-level reporting
Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot
Preferred Qualifications: Experience within a PE-backed SaaS, technology, subscription, or high-growth business environment
Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Knowledge of revenue forecasting methodologies and commercial planning processes
Experience implementing or optimising commercial systems and processes
Experience using Co-pilot/Claude or other AI platforms to support the role's objectives

Working Details
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week). We typically work from 09:00 - 17:30 from Monday to Friday, though we can be flexible around this, just let us know.
