Evergen is hiring a full-time Commercial Operations Manager for its Cortiva business unit in a remote or hybrid role based in the United States. The hands-on player-coach will lead and develop the commercial operations team while directly executing forecasting, pricing, contracting, reporting, consignment, data governance, CLM implementation, and field-support activities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of commercial or sales experience including team leadership, and expertise in forecasting, Power BI, GPO/IDN contracts, and commercial systems. The position offers a $15,000 annual bonus and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
