Description
Triskele Labs is hiring a newly created Commercial Contracts Manager reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. The role owns the end-to-end commercial contract process, including review and negotiation of customer contracts, MSAs, statements of work, and variations; maintaining a contract register; supporting entitlements and margin analysis; managing bids, compliance, security questionnaires, third-party risk, and government prequalification; and overseeing vendor, supplier, reseller, and subcontractor agreements. The position requires at least five years of commercial contract management, procurement, or commercial operations experience, direct negotiation experience, and familiarity with key commercial clauses.
