Turaco is hiring a Commercial Operations Manager to turn operational priorities into execution across insurance operations, customer operations, claims, policy administration, billing, partner operations, and related areas. The role coordinates cross-functional projects and launches, resolves operational problems, improves performance through data and controls, and helps teams adopt AI-enabled tools. Candidates should have approximately 3–5+ years of professional experience in operations, strategy, consulting, fintech, financial services, technology, insurance, startups, or a fast-moving environment, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and execution skills.
