Description
The Commercial Operations Support Officer supports Commercial Service Officers and Commercial Banking clients by processing account maintenance and manual transactions, responding to service inquiries, coordinating with commercial servicing leaders, and maintaining compliance with client-service policies. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of commercial banking experience, strong customer service and organizational skills, MS 365 proficiency, and knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards. It is a full-time position paying $33.65–$36.06 hourly plus bonus and benefits.
