Description
The Commercial Plumbing Estimator will manage the bid pipeline, evaluate bid/no-bid opportunities, prepare detailed estimates and proposals for commercial plumbing projects, develop quantity takeoffs and labor projections, price materials and subcontracted work, protect margins through cost and risk analysis, support sales and general-contractor communications, and provide standardized handoff packages for awarded projects. The role requires at least eight years of commercial plumbing or HVAC experience, including estimating, and success estimating complex commercial construction projects.
