Description
Discord is hiring a Commercial Policy Lead to develop and implement advertising and commerce policies for its monetization and revenue products. The role partners with Legal, Compliance, Trust & Safety, product, sales, and revenue teams; uses AI and data analytics to identify commercial risks; represents Discord with advertisers and industry partners; and translates policy requirements into actionable business guidelines. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience, expertise in at least two areas such as digital advertising, third-party data, brand safety, subscription models, or developer APIs, and the ability to work with ambiguous, evolving situations. The position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and offers a US base salary of $192,000 to $216,000 plus equity and benefits.
