Responsibilities include project and resource planning, cost estimating and controlling, target and actual analysis, risk management, change order and claim management, tender and contract processes, negotiations, handover management, and customer acquisition. The position requires a relevant degree, commercial project-management experience, leadership experience, strong numerical and communication skills, and proficiency with reporting and project-control tools.
