Responsibilities include economic feasibility and site and market analyses, land acquisition and selection, project approvals, forecasting and presentation data, notarization and sales documents, market monitoring, and project-team contributions. The role requires a business administration or technical degree, several years of real estate experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and Microsoft Office knowledge.
