The Commercial Project Manager will independently execute commercial construction projects, including commercial measurement processing, recording offers and variations, invoicing, project support, customer inquiries, project kick-offs, site coordination, and office organization. The role requires completed commercial vocational training, initial experience in a comparable position or construction sector, knowledge of construction processes and technical standards, experience with bills of quantities and VOB/B, MS Office proficiency, and a quality- and customer-oriented approach.
