Padagis is hiring a Commercial Project Manager to lead customer-facing CDMO/CMO projects and a small portfolio of internal CDMO build-out projects. The role coordinates cross-site manufacturing readiness and execution across Minnesota and Israel, manages project plans, risks, milestones, invoicing, reporting, and commercial handoffs, and supports scalable customer-centric operations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of project or program management experience in a pharmaceutical CMO/CDMO or closely related regulated manufacturing environment, customer-facing project experience, strong cross-functional knowledge, and proficiency with project management tools.
