Description
Corem is hiring a Commercial Property Manager to manage a selection of high-priority properties, including offices in the Globen area. The role owns budget and profit responsibility, manages tenant relations from move-in to move-out, conducts negotiations and lease follow-up, participates in leasing and fit-outs, collaborates with operations, leasing, and projects, and supports marketing and customer events. The position is based at Corem’s office in Johanneshov, Sweden, and requires post-secondary education in real estate or a relevant field, several years of commercial property management experience, budget and profit responsibility, strong negotiation skills, knowledge of tenancy legislation and contract law, and a category B driving licence.
