Description
The role provides overall technical responsibility for commercially used furniture and furnishings retail properties, including maintenance and repair planning, technical-service procurement, subcontractor coordination, building-services analysis, maintenance and modernization requirements, budgeting, cost control, and technical reporting. It requires professional experience in commercial property or facility management, relevant technical or real-estate-management training or a degree, fluent German, and willingness for occasional business travel with a Class B driver’s license.
