The role includes budget and profit responsibility, tenant relations from move-in to move-out, lease renegotiation, new leasing support, business planning, marketing, tenant adaptations, and collaboration with project and property operations teams. The position is based at Västra Kvarngatan 62 and requires post-secondary education in real estate or a relevant field, several years of commercial property management experience, budget and profit responsibility, strong negotiation skills, knowledge of tenancy legislation and contract law, and a category B driver's license.
