Description
The Commercial Real Estate Manager will steer and implement commercial management projects, administer lease and location-related contracts, coordinate space management and workplace moves, develop desk-sharing concepts, manage external service providers, and oversee occupational health and safety and ETICOR. The role requires a relevant degree, several years of experience in commercial or corporate real estate, contract and service-provider management expertise, occupational health and safety knowledge, strong German and English skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
