HomeTrust Bank is hiring a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager to originate business loans, deposits, and treasury management products; assess customer needs; develop and present banking solutions; source at least 75% of business through external calling; and manage loan portfolio credit quality. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of business or commercial banking experience, knowledge of lending and credit analysis, strong communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
