MountainSeed is hiring a remote Commercial Reviewer for its Appraisal Review Department. The role performs USPAP Standards 3 and 4 desk reviews of commercial real estate appraisals, evaluates compliance and valuation support, communicates with appraisers, provides feedback to maintain appraisal panels, and supports real estate lending. Candidates need at least 10 years of commercial real estate appraisal review experience with regulated financial institutions, a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, and Certified General Appraiser status.
