Baker Roofing Company is hiring a Roofer to install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal, and other low-slope materials. The role involves measuring and cutting materials, installing insulation and waterproofing systems, diagnosing roof damage, operating tools, transporting materials, inspecting work, and following safety requirements. Applicants need a driver’s license, 1–3 years of commercial roofing experience, and the ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions; a high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
