The employer is hiring an experienced Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator / Project Manager to generate and close commercial roofing opportunities throughout Middle Tennessee. The role combines prospecting, relationship building, roof inspections, field takeoffs, plan interpretation, estimating, proposal presentation, sales, and project management through completion. Candidates need at least five years of commercial roofing estimating experience, two years of The EDGE Estimating Software experience, commercial roofing knowledge, independent field work ability, and a valid driver's license. The position offers a $100,000–$150,000 annual base salary, company truck and iPhone, health insurance, a 401(k) match, PTO, and profit-sharing bonus potential.
