The role focuses on territory growth, bid opportunities, CRM management, client relationships, industry networking, and partnership with the estimating team. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of sales experience in commercial construction, building materials, or related industries, along with commercial sales-cycle knowledge, CRM proficiency, and strong communication skills. The position offers a $60,000 to $70,000 base salary, commission, a company vehicle, health insurance, and a 401(k) employer match.
