Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years prior business-to-business sales experience, preferably in commercial security.
Preferred Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication, negotiating, and time management skills
Flexible style, perseverance, action-oriented, and interpersonal savvy
Aptitude for problem-solving, ability to determine customer solutions using a consultative sales approach, and customer-focused
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work a full-time schedule
Ability to safely complete site surveys, including walking long distances on uneven surfaces, in tight quarters, and varying heights, and enduring extreme temperatures.
Ability to manage time effectively, including prompt responses to inquiries, timely appointment arrivals, and a 72-hour turnaround on proposals.
Ability to manage requirements and obligations associated with large concurrent projects, impacting various departments like sales, engineering, CAD, operations, and purchasing.
Must be responsible for initiating all time-and-material-based jobs, excluding packages and takeovers.
