Description
McCarthy Tire Service is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to develop new business and manage relationships with existing customers in commercial truck, industrial, agricultural, OTR/earthmover, retread, and new tire sales. The role includes prospecting, fleet surveys, customer proposals, negotiation, account development, local travel, and coordination with the service department. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience is required, while 3–5 years of tire sales experience is preferred; the position also requires strong sales, customer service, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with the ability to safely operate a company vehicle.
