McCarthy Tire Service is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to develop new business and manage relationships with existing customers in commercial truck, industrial, agricultural, OTR/earthmover, retread, and new tire sales. The role includes prospecting, cold calling, account development, fleet surveys, proposal preparation, negotiation, customer service, local travel, and safe operation of a company vehicle. A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience is required, while 3–5 years of tire sales experience is preferred; the position also requires strong sales, negotiation, customer service, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
