CPI Security is hiring a Commercial Security Service Technician in Charlotte, North Carolina to install and commission smart security systems for commercial customers, train and demonstrate the systems, coordinate with supervisors and other technicians, resolve customer challenges, and maintain professional customer and vehicle standards. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong sales and customer-service skills, mechanical aptitude, and flexibility to work weekends; technical training in electronics, electrical, HVAC, or a related field is a plus. Compensation is an average of $60,000 annually through hourly base and commissions, with company equipment, fuel card, training, and medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and life insurance benefits.
