Baker Roofing Company is hiring a Commercial Service Sales Representative to develop and manage a commercial repair customer base, generate leads, meet sales goals, consult on roofing repairs, estimate roof conditions, and coordinate proposals and field service. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of related outside sales or business development experience, a driver's license, and the ability to work independently in the field, including climbing ladders and accessing roofs.
